Boy Crazy!

Y'all, Spring is coming. And we all know what that means. Gays all around the the U.S. are getting a little boy crazier than usual. It's the weather. When it's warm, all we (and by we, I mean MYSELF) wanna do is rock denim cut offs, baby shoes, and fucking dance our asses from city block to city block. It also doesn't help the fact that I just FINALLY got around to seeing "New Moon" and Mr. Jacob Black has been the source of many a disgusting, filthy thought. It's okay y'all, he's 18. Barely legal but still legal, so get off my back. It's been a LONG ass time since anyone touched me like that.

To celebrate this massive insanity, I've been listening to a few jams. Over and over. Nicki Minaj, my new fave rapper and femme 3/4 dyke, has released her first official single with Sean Garrett entitled "Massive Attack". When I first caught wind of this, I was like girl PLEASE sample Massive Attack! But she didn't. Instead we get a weird ass romper with sirens, references to the Middle East, and Mr. Miyagi pops in at some point. This bitch has the vocabulary of a stoner bitch and that's why I like her. It's a great first solo single after many a great guest feature (MIMI, Ludacris, Young Money).

Tanlines is a band that came round recently and the music matches the name. Tropicalia infused electro is 1 of like, 924712 ways I could describe it. They sort of took almost where Discovery left off and ran with it to the Bahamas or something. It's really exciting after a barren winter full of bullshit releases.
